Excalicauldron: (Big News &) Borderlands of Being - Issue #6
Refik Anadol, Machine Memoirs: Space
And, just like that (give or take the two weeks it took me to get into it), 2022 is the new 2021. Happy new year, friends :)
This year is the first time I'll be wishing you through a newsletter rather than the black hole of time Facebook used to occupy. Which means less likes on my usual annual "Out with the old, in with the new" philosophical rants, more 1:1 conversations about what lies ahead. Those talks we used to have late-night under the stars, if not with each other, then with others that, with the speeding up of time (and light pollution ^_^) has fallen to the wayside.
Here's to more shared deep speaking spots. If there's one thing 2021 taught me, it's that thinking is way more fun when shared - there's a magic in figuring stuff out together rather than arriving at a conversation with answers in hand.
To that end, this newsletter is not news but an invitation. Write to me about your hopes and dreams for the next 348 days of the year with lots of 2's :)
I'll start: My Word of the Year for 2022.
And, since youβre likely to be hearing the news here first: A Love Letter to Ha Noi ππ΅π
